What areas to you service?
Generally in the areas near San Antonio and Austin, but arrangements are negotiable if your need takes you outside of that area.
When do I pay?
Payments are accepted prior to rental. Any incidental charges may be billed after the rental.
Do I have to maintain the equipment?
No. We take care of maintenance. You simply have to operate the equipment within manufacturer specification. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately so that we can repair or replace.
How do I get the equipment? Delivery or pickup?
We do both delivery and pickup. If you pick it up, there is no additional cost. If we deliver, there may be an additional cost depending on the distance and length of rental. Generally we provide free delivery for long term rentals. We can also do a combination of pickup / delivery or delivery/dropoff. Contact us to explain your situation and we’ll work out what serves you best.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or most major credit cards.
