Customer is liable for any damage to equipment while in possession of it. All damages are considered liquidated damages and customer is liable to provide insurance repair or repair or replacement cost, as determined by Texian Rentals. Customer is responsible for refueling equipment to level existing at time of delivery. Texian Rentals may need to remove equipment for off-site maintenance or perform on-site maintenance at Texian Rental's sole discretion.
